How do I contact you with a customer service question?
Please email us with any concerns at doviejanechildrensclothing@aol.com and we will respond as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. Our customer service department is available via email Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST, excluding holidays.

What size should I buy for my child?
We try to post a photo of our size chart for each style. If you need more sizing information please email us at doviejanechildrensclothing@aol.com

Do you have a physical store? Where are you located?
We do not have a physical brick and mortar store at this time. You can purchase our items directly from our website.

May I send you a picture of my cutie pie in their new outfit?
Yes, please! We would love to see your adorable photos and maybe even feature your little one on our website. Email your photo to us at doviejanechildrensclothing@aol.com, post it on our Facebook Wall or tag us on Instagram (@doviejanechildrensclothing). Please make sure you have the rights to share the image before submitting.

Can my child volunteer to be a Dovie Jane model?  
Yes! We would love to have models and brand reps! Please email doviejanechildrensclothing@aol.com with a picture, your city and your child’s gender, birth date and clothing size and we will contact you with further information if needed.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What are your shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate shipping of $4.50 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. 

When will my items ship?
All website items 5-7 days of receipt of your payment, usually faster! Pre-order items have set shipping dates, which are located in the items description. All personalized items (monograms, embroidery, etc.) may take up to two additional weeks to ship.

What delivery methods do you use?
Standard shipping is provided through USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days. If you need to upgrade to 2-3 day shipping, please add the fast shipping item to your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that large packages or bulky items may not be able to ship to a PO Box.

What is your return policy?
We want you to find amazing deals and love everything you order! We do not accept returns, however, please know that if you ever receive an order that does not meet your expectations, we'll do our best to find a solution.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
We will work to resolve this problem immediately. Please email doviejanechildrensclothing@aol.com so we can make it right.
